Samarium Cobalt Magnets, also known as SmCo or Sm2Co17 magnets, are a type of rare earth permanent magnet. SmCo magnets offer a combination of high magnetic properties and excellent resistance to demagnetization, making them ideal for applications that require high performance in extreme environments. As compared to other magnets, Samarium Cobalt Magnets are lightweight and have a high resistance to corrosion. They can be used in a variety of industrial applications, such as spaceflight, national defense, microwave, and sensors. SmCo magnets are available in several grades, such as YXG-26H, YXG-30H, YXG-28, YXG-30, and YXG-32, and can be magnetized through axial, thickness, or customized. SmCo magnets are also available in an uncoated version.

Samarium Cobalt Magnets are carefully packaged in sealed plastic bags and shipped in a cardboard box with foam inserts. The magnets must be stored in a dry environment and should not be exposed to any liquids. The shipping box should be clearly labeled with "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" labels.
